Rode NT USB + OBS Quite Mic Issue

Using a RODE NT USB Mic and OBS 23.1.0 64 bit.

 

Filming my screen.

 

Selected mic input as Rode.

 

Need to capture desktop audio too which works just fine.

 

Problem is Rode mic is very quiet compared to desktop audio. I tested with my Microsoft Lifecam Cinema and the same issue persists. 

 

Checked the Windows 10 audio settings. Everything looks fine. Checked LEVELS for the RODE mic and noticed Windows auto adjusts it and googling for this issue shows many people have the same issue and no long term solid solution has been provided by Microsoft.

However, even at 100% volume level the mic is still quiet.

 

Any ideas?
