Difference between newegg and newegg business?

I notice that sometimes they have different prices. Any difference other than that?

newegg business is for businesses...bulk discounts and other limitations for consumers on the regular site would be removed.

 

while they let you make a one-off purchase of you're a consumer i can't imagine they would be too willing to provide after-sales service if you're not actually a business customer.
