Preferred max weight and display size? Mind non-upgradable RAM? Any other requirements?

Display ~15-17".

Weight max ~ 4.5lbs.

Max 16 GB will be fine.

Maybe built-in camera but is not must have.

Can you give me a option with 8GB non-upgradable and more(mby 12/16GB)?

But if you have something hot with 8GB it should be enough ^^

Get either an Asus Zenbook or HP envy or if you want more specs for hat price check some of lenoco's laptop in that price range but I don't feel an $800 Lenovo will have good build quality
