Everything is plugged in correctly, pc beeps to signal its turning on, leds work but nothing is displayed?

So I upgraded my PC, had my moms friend build it for me but nothing is displayed. It seems like everything is fine but the displaying part. I guess the suspect is the GPU but it worked fine yesterday on my older PC so I don't see why it shouldn't work suddenly. All fans turn on as well

GPU: RX 470 4GB

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

RAM: Corsair   Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz CL16 Kit

MOBO: Aorus B450 M

Is the monitor connected to the GPU? Some people connect it to the onboard video output and think their PC doesn't work when there's nothing that could output a picture to the onboard video outputs since most Ryzen CPU-s do not have an integrated graphics processor.

Check that every required cable is properly connected, especially the CPU power EPS (8-pin) and the 24-pin ATX, also the GPU PCI-E power.

I'd recommend reseating the GPU (taking it out of the pcie slot and putting it back)

If that doesn't work id also recommend trying to boot with a single ram stick, trying different slots

A quick thing to try out would be a different HDMI/DisplayPort/VGA/etc cable unless you're already 100% sure that it works. If the monitor is new try using a tv that is working currently to see if that's the problem. To test and see if your gpu is the culprit you could try using a different graphics card that was working previously. If that can't happen then you could also try using a different mobo that was also working previously. If the mobo is new and your gpu was working yesterday that could lead me to believe that your mobo may be the issue. Sorry I know it's kind of a lot but I'm just throwing out different ways to figure out what is going wrong.

Yeah we checked and did these but the issue kept happening

Only other ports my GPU has are DisplayPorts and I don't have a cable or know anyone that uses displayport. monitor works fine and I already had it for a while so it's most likely isnt it. Seems like the MOBO is the issue :/

Try only most basic parts outside the case.
