Which moniter should i get next?

Hello, I am looking into upgrading up to a 3 monitor setup from 2 monitors. I have 2 basic 24" 1080p 60hz monitors and I would like to get a 27" 1080p 144hz as my main monitor. I am certain on those specifications because that is all my budget can handle so I am trying to decide between the Samsung C27FG73 and the MSI Optix MAG271C (please suggest others if you think there are better ones). I do probably mainly gaming (csgo, R:SS, GTA 5, AC black flag, skyrim ect; a wide range of games really) I also do photo and video editing hence for the reason of choosing a VA panel but if you can justify a monitor with a TN or IPS panel then please do. I also watch quite a bit of youtube and some research too. So I hope you can help me out a bit. Thanks

I would go IPS if you do photo or video stuff.  Like this one Acer 144hz 1080p 27"

I really wanted to go for this monitor but I live in the UK so it would not be possible to get.
