Acer xc272u (pmbiiprzx?) Quality?

Long story short, I've looked everywhere for reviews on this monitor and I can't seem to find very many of them. It has amazing specs for it to be so cheap, so I'm wondering whats up? Has anyone from here tried it/known someone who had one? There seem to be a lot of similar models without the hdr out there as well. The 4k version of the panel seems to have terrible backlight bleed, so thats what I am trying to avoid here if possible.

Edit: Apparently this guy uses the same panel and people are complaining of firmware issues
