1440p 27" hdr ips for Content Creation

currently have a Acer - G257HU-https://pcpartpicker.com/product/D7hj4D/acer-monitor-umkg7aa002 but i want a slightly bigger 27" with more accurate colors.

i also play games and considered getting a 144hz monitor but decided i would use the money to upgrade my ram and get a non ips 144hz monitor in the future.

looking for suggestions for the best 27'' 1440p ips monitor for around $350 give or take.

 

also a couple of questions:

1.is a hdr ips display better / more accurate and a non hdr

2. i have a nividia card and at the price im looking at i could get a 60hz monitor will g-sync help in any way?

4.when looking for a good color accurate monitor what specs do i look for/at?
