Good ergonomic keyboard for light gaming

So I rolled back to Minecraft 1.7.10 to try some mods that still haven't updated a few days ago. And long story short, I've built my first town (with electric lighting (Thnx ELN)) but now I have chronic pain in my left arm. I think it's a strain injury from keeping my hand in was the position for far longer than usual. So is there a keyboard that has the sides raised to lower the alner deviation. Or whatever it's called. And I know the one Linus did a video on, And I don' want that.
