i didnt see the 1080p part of your post go for the 580 as you'll only need 4gb vram, if you plan on upgrading to 1440p go for the 570 8gb

A lower tier card with higher VRAM.

They're both roughly the same price so I don't really care about price, I just want to know about performance.

 

NOTE: I'll be playing on a 1080P monitor.
