WiFi connection disconnects on laptop after the some usage

Hi linustechtips community!

 

I have a problem with my laptop randomly disconnecting off the WiFi connection after some time (around 15-20 minutes).

 

Just to note, I'm not bothered to get a USB wireless WiFi adapter.

 

So the network card is a Qualcomm Atherosclerosis AR9485 and I've tried to reinstall the adapter as well as many other things.

 

Any tips or tricks to getting to making sure it doesn't get disconnected randomly?

i got it fixed by going to the device manager opening the section of network adapters right click on your wifi adapter go to its properties go to the tab called power managment and untick all of the options there and restart your pc and it should now work normally
