Mouse sometimes doesn't respond

Since I got more ram and a ssd and moved my system over there, my mouse started acting weird. Sometimes when I click it doesn't respond and I have to try again. I tried other mice and on other computers, and it happens only on mine and with every mice. I tried updating mouse drivers, and it didn't help. What should I do?
