This would be where I would start. I listed a 320m motherboard which will be fine with that cpu if it has a newer bios, but if you want to make sure there aren't any issues with bios you could pick up a 450 board for about 15-20 bucks more... which does go a little over your budget by about 10 bucks.
Either way this would give you a solid build that can game just fine.
