Slow Motion app for Android

Hello, 

I want to know if there's any aftermarket camera app for Android phones that can record videos even slower than the stock camera apo can. 

 

Again is there any way to artificially slow the video through techniques like video interpolation by external GPU acceleration. Like a powerful Nvidia or AMD GPU. Or cloud solution?

If slow motion isn't in the stock camera app, it's incredibly unlikely that a third party app will somehow have it. The best you could do is recording at as high a framerate as your camera can handle, then playing the video back at a lower framerate. Interpolation is a possibility, but it will often look a bit "off", especially if there is a large change between frames of the original video. This is because it isn't actually making the video slow motion, just making what was there smoother.

I should mention that there are slow motion apps available, but they will often just employ interpolation to simulate slow motion, which in some cases can work just fine.
