Only 2 out of 4 rgb fans work

I got new kolink observatory rgb. It has 4 preinstalled rgb fans. All the fans work just fine, but only 2 of them has rgb lighting. Any ideas why its like that?

I mean that only 2 rgb works. All fans work fine, but all of them have rgb but only 2 show the rgb lighting.

Check the connections. I've just started to check out people with RGB issues, so take any advice with that in mind. But so far I've learned that RGB doesn't light up unless RGB header is receiving power. Usually cases have some hub or controller or splitter for those. Looking at some unboxing video, it comes with hub for all fans and remote to change colors. So check that all RGB header are connected to that hub and hub is receiving power from PSU. (I can't find manual for the case, so thats all I can give)
