Windows 10 Update Service wont Open.

I fixed it by downloading Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and choosing to upgrade my PC, it took a few minutes but everything is back in order.

This is not the most direct way to fix it but overall it should have fixed more possibly unseen problems than the ones encountered.
