I have a crappy laptop and our computer only runs gts 450 and when i play fortnite i play only low and slow

What is your laptop and its specifications?

How do you have the GTS 450 graphics card hooked up to your laptop?

What settings do you have in Fortnite?

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

motherboard: GIGABYTE 970 (am3+)

RAM: 16gb ddr3 adata

gpu: AMD xfx rx 560 2gb

psu: 500w

storage: 1tb hdd

bruh your laptop is better than mine... mine cant even run fortnite minimum at 10fps so lets talk about *Craappy* computers ?

I had a Toughbook years ago, not a bad laptop, perhaps the O.P. can look at buying a new laptop?
