I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this yet. When I started Bad Batch Ep 6 on my phone, it started in a zoomed out box. Zooming in I noticed the episode almost matches my 19.5/9 display. Has anyone else noticed and can anyone explain why this might be?

Hello. I am trying to put together a Darth Momin sith lord costume, but the one problem is that I can't find the helmet! Is there a way to get a cheap Lord Momin mask somewhere? I would prefer it to not have any scratches (those are more expensive, I will not pay $250 for a true to life helmet) and fit a normal sized head. Thank you!

I am attempting my first PC case mod, and thought that the LTT forums would be a good place to get some help.I am using a CM Storm Stryker case, and would like to turn it into a Star wars themed build. I am looking for any ideas that fall into the white, black, and red color scheme that I'm going for, so feel free to post any ideas. Stipulations: -I have no problem painting my case, but I will not cut it. However, I am not a painter, I will more than likely be spray painting a stencil. -I am a broke college kid, I don't have much walking around money, so nothing too crazy (more than $700 US) -This is not a passion build, this is my first computer. I do not have a backup, so I need functional and reliable concepts what I need help with: - Custom water cooling loop: hard or soft? Rad? pump? liquid? reservoir? Blocks? - New PSU: something fully modular - Leds - Fans I'm excited to see what people have to say, no ideas will be shot down.

Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to get this website to work properly on safari: https://api.battlefront.dice.se It won’t let you log in unless you switch to desktop mode, which is easy enough, but even then it does not seem to be communicating with the game properly because the “credits” you earn while playing it do not transfer to the actual PC/Console game. It will however, accurately display your friends list. The reason that I’m asking is because my friend has a 4th generation iPad and to this day it works fully as intended for him. I use an iPhone XS Max and was wondering why it would work for him and not me, and if there’s a way I can fix it. Thanks in advance!

We can all agree the Star Wars Special Edition Trilogy is absolute garbage compared to the Original Theatrical Release. Unfortunately, finding a way to watch the Original Trilogy is challenging, to say the least. You either have to find an OLD VHS copy, or you're forced to go to your favorite torrent site and becoming a pirate. Arrr! HOWEVER! There's a way to watch the Original Theatrical Release Trilogy in "Hi-Def!" (Or, more accurately, not shit SD VHS.) It's called LaserDisk! The thing is, the HD version of LaserDisk is called Hi-Vision and requires a MUSE LD Player and separate decoder - which isn't cheap. But, is it worth the price compared to VHS? LINUS! HELP! Can you do an episode comparing VHS quality video to LaserDisk and MUSE Hi-Vision with a copy of Star Wars: A New Hope in the original theatrical release?

Looking to group up with some people who might want to make a "rp" guild on SWTOR. A clone army sort of thing

You read it right! One of the classics is back. STAR WARS™ SHADOWS OF THE EMPIRE™ is now on Steam! It seems to have been released 8th of February 2017. Originally released back in September 17, 1997. I remember playing this game along with a lot of other Star Wars games when I was a kid. The game is fairly short, and my favorite part was the one with Boba Fett. There was a secret ending to the game I believe. The funny thing is... The only thing I'm waiting for is the Star Wars: Episode I - Racer and Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace then my childhood would be complete

My big question is why does it say on Wookieepedia that Rey Kenobi in the search and not on her wiki page itself? We do not know yet who Rey's father is but this seems like a mistake that slipped through the cracks and we were not supposed to know about yet or even have on the wiki for that matter. Does this mean that Obi-Wan Kenobi is Rey's father or grandfather? If so who is the mother and how does that even fit into the timeline? (being the father, not grandfather that is) So far we know that according to Daisy Ridley Rey's parents were fairly obvious in The Force Awakens and according to J.J. Abrams her parents were not in the movie which seems to fit with this. (The one from Daisy Ridley admittedly a little less than the one from J.J. Abrams.) Note: Obi-Wan did appear as a force ghost in the movie but you never say him in the movie itself. What do you all think about this? Because I have no idea what to make of it. Here are the screenshots so you can see what I mean for yourself.

So I havent really posted here before besides the odd comment here or there, a coworker suggested I do a proper build log for my baby. Ive been working on this one in either planning/draw ups or actual building for 2 years roughly (obviously drawn out because money/time). In short the justification for this build's name is it being my favourite character from any video game, Zia from Bastion (not related to the theme ive been calling my PC's that for years, technically this is Zia 4.0). The theme of the build started as a kind of Tracer from Overwatch inspired build early on when it was living in a Fractal R5, beyond that Star Wars VII came out and BB-8 basically made me go... Well thats just it isnt it? So it began, a build on a white and orange (and eventually silver as well) theme, inspired by a small cute droid. Moving forward ill be taking A LOT more photos and also video if I can help it. I have pretty basic painting experience and have built a fair few PC's for either family, friends, the odd client or myself (nearish to 40 in my time over the years). I'll do my best to detail my steps and I will add to this moving forward (probably a post per part format maybemaybe?). Thought it might be a bit of fun List of parts as of current: NZXT S340 Elite White i7 6700k MSI Z170 Gaming Carbon Motherboard 16GB of Kingston (I think?) RAM (getting replaced) GTX 1080Ti (was a 1070) (to be painted watch this space) Corsair H115 GTX (partial painted) 4x Corsair White LED "Mag-Lev" fans (3x 140mm, 1x 120mm) (painted) EVGA 750W G2 Power Supply Samsung 840 and 850 EVO (120GB and 500GB respectively) DIY custom cables from Cablemod WD Red 2TB HDD. Other bits for those that care: Acer X34 3440x1440 Main Monitor Benq 24" 1080p Side Monitor Corsair K70 (painted) Razer Naga Epic Seinheiser Game One Headset Razer Goliathus (or whatever its called) Overwatch Themed Mat If anyone has any questions about methods, materials, details about bits being taken apart etc etc please dont hesitate to ask

In an article I first read on Engadget then followed up on Phys.org, researchers at Macquarie University have provided a method for combining multiple lasers into a single beam to multiply the power output. From the Phys.org article: https://phys.org/news/2017-04-star-wars-superlaser-longer-sci-fi.html https://www.engadget.com/2017/04/03/scientists-develop-death-star-like-laser/ I can definitely see some of the applications for this, especially if as the article states, the diamonds rapidly dissipate the waste heat, allowing for multiple low power lasers to operate in a more rapid procession. Of course this also means that any 'Rebel Scum' out there may need to watch out for rogue Space Stations ... Have to say this is another case of why I love science!

Okay where to start... I have been playing Star Wars Battlefront for a while now for no problems.. unitll yesterday. I started the game up without any problems. I then go to multiplayer, and choose the 12 player match. As soon as I get to customizing my character, the screen goes black. Ctrl Alt Delete usually doesn't work, and the windows button doesnt work either. WHAT THE HECK I then have to completely shut down my computer using the power button. I have a couple Ideas on what may have caused this problem to occur: Earlier in- game, it would say "Bad connection, this will affect gameplay" My internet speeds are at 250+ mbps and like 20ms latency so I don't THINK that's the problem.. I originally had 6gb of ram in my system, (1x4, 1x2) but I took the 2gb stick out to restore an old Dell system... this leaves me with 4gb of ram in single channel... not the best amount of ram. It might have gone below the system requirements. It you have any ideas on what I should do, please reply with any information. Thanks!

Hello everyone! Recently in the "Show off your latest purchase"-Thread there was a lot of Lego stuff so i figured why not make a dedicated Lego thread? There's one for Cars, Anime, different countries etc. and now this Lego thread is also here to stay! So now i welcome everyone to show off your old Lego, your newly aquired sets, self build things and even accessories like stands or shelves. i'll begin with my latest set, which is a Star Wars Snowspeeder. I've filmed through the entire build process (which was roughly 4 hours) and i wanna do a time laps of it. Keep an eye out for that @Quibiss @DildorTheDecent @8uhbbhu8 @Pascal... @Xiauj @Nup
