I wasn't kidding with that title, at all. Look at that resolution. That right there is a glorious, hilarious leak. Sure, some details can be gleamed but I found it more comical that THIS is what someone managed to leak. Not a potato shot, not a blurry cam; THIS. Some people have suggested that this instead would be a Turbo device, that remains to be seen. https://twitter.com/upleaks/status/609977283827249152 https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CHcTG2YUEAEP0el.png http://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/39sb8c/low_resolution_render_of_moto_x_2015_via_upleaks/

I run Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0 and I noticed that not all formats work on my DVD player (duh - yea I know.....). But the problem I have is that when I render in Sony AVC (.mp4) the audio is: 128 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 32 Bit, Stereo, AAC and my DVD player says unsupported audio format. To overcome that I rendered in Windows Media Video V11 (.wmv) with audio: 192 Kbps, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, WMA and the film plays normally BUT it has a weird video format of 1280x720 and all the original files I work off of are 1920x1080 (which is the resolution of the mp4 format). The only difference between the audio formats (other than the format itself ) is the bit rate: wmv = 192kbps, mp4 = 127kbps. When I do use .wmv some parts of the film (mostly the dark areas) experience "over-resolution" glitching. Is there a 1920x1080 video format with a audio format that will work on my (and any) DVD player?

So my cousin asked my to make a PC for him where he can play some games on and (this is the most important thing) he wants to make 3D things in AutoCAD. I have picked some parts for him but then he told me that he only has a budget of 700 euros (about 775 USD). My cousin is going to do a university study to become a architect. The university recommend the DELL PRECISION M2800 but he got the idea to get a good desktop PC and buy a cheap laptop to take over his computer at home and work on it using Teamviewer. (he has a 100/100 mbp/s connection) Now I has picked this for him: Intel core i5 4690 MSI Geforce GTX 960 2G ASRock B85M pro4 Kingston HyperX Fury red HX318C10FR/8 Corsair Carbide Spec-02 red led EVGA 500 Watt 80 plus What do you think of it? Thanks for helping. Thomas PS: English is not my native language

Hey guys. I got a strange issue going on, done lots of searching on Google to no avail, so now I'm here to ask for help. For some reason, on or about 5-23-2015 my uploads to youtube will only play at 360p via Firefox. Videos uploaded before that date with the same settings show up as 1080p in firefox. I've tried different methods of rendering. Using MainConcept AVC to render to .mp4 is my usual method. However I've tried different methods of rendering to see if it has any effect. Last night I tried uploading a video rendered to WebM VP9, still only 360p in Firefox. Keep in mind that before that date, all my videos play fine via firefox. The HTML5 player is being used. If I disable it and switch to Flash Player, all quality options are there. While this fixes the problem, it only fixes it for me. Not the countless others using HTML5. However I really don't think the HTML5 player is the issue, as it was being used prior to 5-23-2015 and my uploads worked fine then. Heres what I've tried so far. - rendering to different formats - disabled add-ons - removed and re-installed firefox - tried uploading via chrome instead of FF. Still play in 360p on FF - Checked my PC for any updates / add ons / installs on or around 5-23-2015 that may have had an effect Also I'd like to note that this only seems to effect my newest uploaded videos. Everyone elses videos play fine, and even my videos prior to 5-23 play fine. Its only the videos uploaded after that date that are stuck in 360p. And those videos play just fine via Chrome or Youtube app, the issue is only in FF. Here are the videos in question https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOuL76bGomo - That video was uploaded 5-25 and is stuck in 360p https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1xW-2EFuSE - Uploaded 5-27 also stuck 360p https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSUWC_0YP0U - This was uploaded before 5-23 and works fine. Using the same render settings as the 2 videos above. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

Hey there, So I'm interested in building a new system, as my current laptop is reaching it's end-life. I'm working in the architectural field, so that means long hours of cad design, 3d modelling, rendering, post-production. The software that I'll be using, if it matters in some aspects, are: Autocad Revit Rhino(ceros) + Grasshopper 3DS Max + Vray Adobe CC ( PS, AI, ID) As mentioned above, everything takes a lot of time (at the moment at least) and I'm used to leaving the pc running overnight very often. I'm currently using a DELL XPS L502X (2011). Obviously anything new is going to perform better than this, but I'm also looking for a stable build that can withstand the longer working time. After doing a bit of research on my own, I have a few of the components in mind: i7 5820K Asus X99 mobo, not yet settled on one 32GB DDR4 Corsair 750D case In regards to the GPU, I've searched far and wide and can't really determine which would fair better in rendering. I know that for GPU-based renderers, which I assume Vray RT is one, the more CUDA cores, the better. The Quadros are really out of the question as they are really too expensive and I can't yet justify buying a workstation card, so I was looking into the Titan Black vs 780 Ti vs 980 vs 970. Apart from the actual memory, the 780 and the Titan seem almost identical. The 970 is the cheapest and most "lower-end" between them...so..I'm open to any ideas and suggestions. And if you guys could help with the rest of the build, going on fast, silent performance. Thank you

SO Recently I tried rendering a video using Sony Vegas 13 that (before render) looked like this: http://gyazo.com/98a68162408f38eaab1423ab8d3f0198 But whenever I render it, it turns out looking like this: http://gyazo.com/c01ff93b87b924283c3c5ea6b0967970 I have tried reinstalling the program, and deleting both of the folders in %appdata%/Local/sony and %appdata%/Roaming/sony, but it still turns out like that It really has fustrated me over the past few days, and anything I try will never seem to work If anyone could help me with this, I shall post a picture of a cookie Thanks <3

I recently upgraded to vegas pro 11 to 13 beacuse of an issue I had with rendering with my GPU. At first it seemed to be working but now it is not. I am running and I5-4690k and a GTX 770 and the 770 clearly would be faster than rendering but whenever I select to render with cuda it only renders with cpu. please help it would be appreciated.

Hallo Linustech I want to build PC for Rendering, based on GPUs. I will use it main for V-Ray RT in 3Ds Max Renderings (for long time rendering, 1 days constant or like that ) I think i7 extreme series like 5930K...as it has many PCI Lines and not overpriced to much...memory about 32gb 4 sticks for quad channel...main question is MotherBoard and GPUs, which one is best for job + not overpriced, like I do not know if it worst +200$ for GTX980 over 970....or maybe TiTan?? main question is which GPUs are best for SLI configuration, with best result for price and also cooling and stability because 1 day rendering is damn long and hot... 2 higher tier card is bettor or 3 lower??? and questions like that is my mindbend, as I do not have experience build this complicated PCs mobo I think Asus X99 WS or EVGA X99 FTW??? budget is not defined yet, but overpricing is not accepted... thanks and hope I will found solution here anyone can edit/add parts to this Sheet if wanted

Hey I'm building a rack mountable dual xenon E5-2690 (12cores@2.6-3.5GHz), with 8x GTX 980 and dual redundant 1200w psu's, and all of this is fitting inside a slightly modded 4.5u cabinet. This is not a sli configuration, all card are "standalone". So after i got this up and running, i on the first boot all gpu's where up and running in device manager, i didn't test the outputs, so im' not sure if all the card have ever worked at the same time. But after the first reboot (for the driver), only 7 out of 8 cards worked... I have tested the card's, so i know that all of them is wokring, bt im not able to get them all wokring at the same time. Any suggestions?

Hi everyone Am an architecture student and through out my two years i found that i keep on the need of uograding of the specs i have , first i had the macbook pro then i exchanged it to the levonno y50 4k which was way better performance as i use autocad for the plans and all the 2d drawings then i use the skethup for the 3d modeling then i finish it off with lumion. So i had saved some money and am able to make my own pc and i would like to customize it as i am watching videos and reading articles i found out buying the high end video cards or cpu is sometimes a waste of money were something previously launched half the pirice gives the same performance . So i would like you to help me out to choose parts that go with each other perfectly as possible . The two things on my mind the most is the cpu and basically where ever i go i found the x99 or x99 deluxe is the most talked about but recently i found the x99 deluxe ws edition so i what is the major difference and i found out that quadro graphics architecture is more suited for architecture.for more cleaification this year iw ould have to build or desgin larrge spaces and areas withsome small details . what am looking for is to work with the modeling the 3d part with less lagging as much as possible , plsu if any recommendation if i should use revit instead of sketch up and autocad or any programms i should learn , as for the money i would pay max 2000$ thank you

Hello, I am curious: if I make a video with multiple channels and I render it, will I still be able to access and change each individual channel after the video is rendered/edited and all that good stuff or can you only do that with raw footage? Noob question sorry

Hello, A friend of mine would like me to render or whatever a video for him using my computer. He is using Sony Vegas 11. I don't have Sony Vegas, is there a free demo/trial I could download temporarily so I could render this one video? Preferably not putting any water-marks or anything. I really don't know much of anything about Sony vegas or video editing, its not my thing to be honest. Thanks for any help. Oh, I'd like to not pirate the program.

Hello I'm thinking about buying a custom made gaming PC from mwave.com.au (yes I'm in Australia so AU$ prices would be great). Using this link http://www.mwave.com.au/cpc/configure/43 what do you think the best X99 config is for $2500 at Max $3000 thx. I don't feel comfortable doing my first build with very expensive parts so please don't say it's cheaper doing it that way, I know.

Hi, I'm planning on making a small render farm, 4 to 10 nodes but I don't have a big budget, The server i'm looking at is Dell PowerEdge 2950. Do you think that it will be good for a render farm? I plan to start with 4 and if they're good I plan to increase it to 10 or even more. I plan to do use them for Blender Cycles rendering, video rendering, 3ds Max and Maya Mantel Ray rendering. Thanks

Hi Guys, I wasn't too sure whether to put this in the networking or storage section so an admin can move this if it should be in the other. So here's my situation. I have an old laptop and an old desktop. I'd like to turn one of them into a render farm using Vegas Pro 12. That's the easy part. What I want to do is be able to have a hard drive accessible from both computers, probably over the network. So I was thinking a NAS, but I really want it to be in my room. My desktop is connected to a router in my room that uses one of those 'put your internet through your plug socket' things and broadcasts its own wifi network. I don't know the first thing about networking, so do you think I can set this up? Also, can I make my own NAS? I have the parts to make another PC is there's some software I can use and I'd rather not buy one. Thanks bchampion96

I can't decide on which to get, I don't really have a budget because this one of the most important components i'll need. *lets just say i use rendering programs that use GPU I can either go with a 780 Ti 3GB with a ready cooler like EVGA 780Ti 3GB Dual Classified with ACX, or, something like an EVGA 780 6GB Superclocked ACX i'm leaning more towards a 780 Ti, but i can't decide which custom card has the best performance a TITAN is just too damn expensive ( ) 780 Ti 3GB CARDS ZOTAC AMP! Hello everyone, I am currently in the process of looking for parts to buy for my next PC, which will be a workstation for video editing and content creation. I was at first going to go the x79 route with a 4930k and the x79-e ws but I'm fairly limited by my budget, still being a student. My main purpose for this build is to be able to have a workstation that I can work on because right now my brother wants to kick my ass for hogging the gaming pc all the time. I want to get as much performance as I can while spending as little as possible. Here were the parts that I had picked out, don't hesitate to give your thoughts about them! It would be very appreciated!
