Hi, I reciently built my pc and I really wanted to make a red and black build, but something different. I had some left over blood red coolant from mayhem and I fell in love with the aurora. I recently got the aurora booster from mayhem, but I don't know if it's safe to put it in my loop. Here's the one I got. https://m.newegg.com/products/9SIA9F94X20739 My loop is alpha cool x 360 radiator, ekwb evo elit waterblock, ekwb D5 glass.

Anybody ever seen a pump decide to run backwards? Mine has done so and it pushing water slowly the wrong way around the loop. Previously (for a year or two) it had run very well in the correct direction.

I currently have a barrow pump and it sounds horrible. second replacement looking to keep the same Top and res combo i have but switch out the pump its self for say a alpha cool vpp655? they both look identical but without having both in front i just cant afford the $$ to get a alphacool d5 and not be able to use it! https://www.alphacool.com/shop/pumps/alphacool-pumps/10620/alphacool-vpp655-single-edition barrow has 2 links. first is the full unit with top http://www.barrowint.com/index.php/article/104.html second is the pump itself http://www.barrowint.com/index.php/article/82.html Note. i currently own a PWM pump but its running full speed due to no pump header on MB

Alphacool has announce their cooling kits for M.2 SSD drives, and it comes in 2 models, HDX-2 and HDX-3. The HDX-2 us a passive cooling kit, where the M.2 drive is cool by the provided heatsink. HDX-3 on the other hand uses liquid cooling and comes with a nickel copper plated water block and uses standard G1/4 type fittings. Both runs on PCIe 3.0 x4. Price goes for $41 for HDX-2 and $85 for HDX-3. Hello, I was looking for an all in one cpu cooler that would keep my I7-6950x very cool and had found the Alphacool Eisbaer 360. Its easily upgradable and modular. http://www.alphacool.com/shop/sets-und-systems/eisbaer/20226/alphacool-eisbaer-360-cpu-black My case can fit all the way up to a two 560mm radiators or one 600mm radiator in the top, or even two 600mm on the either side. Also what would be good case fans? My case is capable of up to 35 140mm case fans.

Hi, So i have a £150-160 max budget to build a loop, I already have the GPU Block for my Titan X (also came with a backplate) I need to obvs build a full loop around it. I am relatively new to Watercooling despite doing this myself with some cheap pump and old bits of AIO coolers - yes silly i know but fun : Anywho i have £150 roughly to spend and need enough cooling power to cool the Titan X and the CPU - I will admit the CPU is an awful overclocker. The Titan X i really want to be able to push into the 1500mhz range though. Can you guys help me ?!?!? Edit : i was hoping to use 7/16" ID 5/8" OD 16/11mm tubing as i already have lots (see picture)

Hello, I have a XSPC RX 360 Rad and 240 plus a new Alphacool Eisfach reservoir, XSPC raystorm AMD cpu block bought in September and XSPC razor gtx 680 water block. The gpu block and rads are about 5 years old. But the res and cpu block are brand new now I put them together in late September. By end of October I saw this dust sitting at the bottom of the res. So I took everything apart and saw the pipes, res, fittings with this green/blue stuff. So I started cleaning them up the res, fittings and pipes. Now the rad, gpu block and cpu block I still haven't touched. I have cleaned most of the res and fittings but they are still some left as you can see in the pictures Now doing some research I think it could be corrosion or copper oxidation. All the parts are copper and brass. Except this new res which has metals in it and I think this could be the culprit. I need you guys help on how to clean it and put my loop back up Thank you

Ever since the first Cosmos I have had a dream to own that case. When the C700P was released I knew I HAD to own it and mod it. Making it extra special for me to enter the CMWS19, both on the 10th anniversary, but also with this amazing tower. The idea of the mod is to pay tribute to the case. Modding it, but still leave it as untouched as possible. I also want to expose 100% of the case. To do that I will spend as much time on the backside as the frontside. To crown that idea, I got a 2nd window to ensure the backside is Unhidden It will be a custom water cooling hard tube setup with dual loops. I also plan to 3D print a lot of the parts I want to thank my sponsors for this project Coolermaster Sweden / Nordics Alphacool And with continuous support of: add:north - Swedish Filament Ryobi

I was looking at that or a similar arrangement for upgrading my aging Corsair H110i GTX. I was originally looking at going to a large heatsink with 7+ heatpipes and at least two fans but none of the ones I saw really seemed to improve substantially on the performance that I already get from my H110i and moving up to a 360mm AIO seems to be the same situation. Going for a premium custom open loop would be expensive and I don't really know where to start with something like that. I found the Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme when I was browsing performance-pcs.com for options on either reducing the price of a custom solution or other aio options. Since it uses QDCs, its expandable, which I like and it does use a D5 pump, which is good, I think. (I don't really know much about the different type of pumps except that everyone seems to say D5s are the best.) If I wanted to add the gpu to the loop, I could get something like a Eiswolf to cool the gpu or something pieced together and add a second pump if the one included with the Eisbaer Extreme isn't strong enough to provide the flow needed for a second radiator and a second block. But yeah, my question is what sort of performance should I expect out of a Eisbaer or something similar from any of the other companies that make modular systems, and what they're like to live with and if they require the same amount of maintenance that a fully custom loop would require. I'd be using it to cool my Phenom II X6 1090T, once I'm in a better financial situation, then transplanted into my next system (likely a Zen 2 based system) and I'd also like to cool the gpu when I get to that point (either a Vega FE again or a Radeon VII).

Hello, today my Eisbaer LT started to make weird noises. First of all I thought it would just be the water starting to flow, but even after hours the noise was still there. I started shaking the case a bit, turning my pc off and on again in the hope that the air, that is probably in the loop, would go away but the noise was still there. Now I laid down my PC on the side and it started to get really weird. I immediately turned my PC off and I messaged the Alphacool support (waiting for their answer). Maybe someone who had similar issues with a water cooler could tell me what it might be and what I can do to fix the issue? I attached a video where you can hear both noises. First more like a "rattle" noise and laid down it sounds like the thing is wrecked. Sorry for the english and thank you for the help in advance ^^ Eisbaer Noises.mp4

Hello all, Another newbie question here. I have managed to undervolt both my gpu and cpu in my laptop and so far so good with cooling. My next step is to repaste and replace the thermal pads as well for good measure. My question is, how to know what thickness to buy? I've seen thickness ranging from .05 up to and beyong 4mm. Obviously I don't need anything as thick as 4mm, but how to I know what's right for my laptop? If it helps, I have an Asus Rog Strix 2 GL503VD from 2017/2018. Running an i7 7700HQ and a 4gb GTX 1050. Not that this will neccesarily help with pad sizing, but who knows, just maybe. Any advice is greatly appriciated, thanks in advance!

So there is no real test info on actual heat output. While I am not a PC noob I have always steered away from liquid cooling. Well this next rig I am doing it! I was always worried about the the maintenance, and it looked like more work than I wanted to put into it. I was looking for an above average CLC/AIO and I found the Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme and thought that might be a good option. A few people were quick to tell me about past Alphacool pump failures. I really like the Phanteks Distro block they showed at Computex but for that I would want hard tube PETG or Acrylic. While i think it would be easy to lay out a system with that, the tube bending for the uninitiated looks like a daunting task. I thought about using elbows and only straight sections but that does not look as good. I Don't want a Corsair product, but I really like that 5 year warranty vs 2. I really would like a 280 or 360 radiator. Looking to get my feet wet (Pun intended but not literally) I would start with Just CPU and add a GPU Block later maybe... Sorry for jumping around so much. I plan on using a Fractal R6 TG White. I know its not the best but it has above average filtration and that is very important to me in my use case. I wish I could take my build to a expert have them help me do the bends and installation. I am quite comfortable with building the system and wire management. So summary 1. Which CLC do you recommend? 2. Why do you like that model? 3. Should I bite the bullet and buy a EK Performance Kit but $600.00 bucks that's gonna sting! 4. Thank you for your help in advance! 5. To early yet but I was leaning towards a ASUS X570 Prime Pro (White Board) 32 gigs of QVL Ram Dominator or Gskill a 970 Pro (Hope they launch a (980 series) a second NVME EVO for steam A RTX Super card Not sure on which 1. any thoughts on this setup? Already purchased Seasonic Prime Titanium 850 PSU. 6. Again thanks for any help !

Hi I have RTX 2080 Super FE which is noisy and hot. I want to change that by using water cooling without changing my CPU cooling. There are no AiO for GPU so at first I started to look at custom loop and while checking all the options available, I stumble upon Alphacool Eiswolf 240 GPX Pro that is basically custom loop in AiO disguise. And now I wonder: should I pay more for custom or less for AiO? What are your thoughts about that? Do mind that I still would go for budget version of custom loop, also from Alphacool as they are the cheapest here in Poland: Alphacool Eisblock GPX-N Acetal, Alphacool Eisstation DC-Ultra incl. Alphacool DC-LT 2600 Ultra, Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper X-Flow 280mm (my case can't have anything bigger, only 2x slims that aren't too wide), Some coolant, fittings and tubes. That would give me something like 256€ with shipping, where Eiswolf would cost about 200€ with shipping. I don't care about the looks. All I want is to bring down temps and noise. From what I understand Eiswolf can be upgraded by changing radiator around the block to fit new cards. So that's definitively something worth mentioning. Edit: Sorry for black text. Thx @Fasauceome for noticing! Fixed Edit2: Updated with new knowledge!

Heyho! Simple question, probably complicated answer: Is there a way to connect the Alphacool Aurora System with the Asus Aura System? Got an Asus Mobo with both the regular and the adressable LED's and I would like to simply have the regular LED's in sync with my Alphacool Aurora System. Any way? Even getto? Or no-go?

So the specs on this cooler say it fits a (Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Windforce OC), I have the exact same card except it is not an OC model. Does anyone know if it will fit? I plan on sending Alphacool an email but I thought I would see if anyone else knew if the PCB design was the same between the RTX 2080 Windforce OC and the Windforce (Vanilla). http://www.performance-pcs.com/alphacool-eiswolf-240-gpx-pro-nvidia-geforce-rtx-2080-black-m01.html#Specifications

Which would be better for cooling an overclocked 9900k? Also, In term of filling the reservoir, do I fill it up to full in both the reservoir and the tubings? or just the reservoir itself? Thanks, I'm new to the not-so-custom loop-slash-AIO.

Hello everyone, i need some help here. I have a i9 9900KS overclocked to 5.2GHz on 1.22 Vcore (HWinfo) my problem is that it's getting quiet hot 90 to 92°C and that's with a Alphacool Eisbear 420mm aio plus an aditional prefilled 280mm expansion rad from alphacool. I have checked the mounting and that's all allright and manually spreaded the thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly) and before anyone asks i have removed the plastic from the bottom of the cooler. specs: CPU: i9 9900KS MOBO: ASUS ROG Maximus XI Apex RAM: G.Skill 2x16GB 4000MHz GPU: EVGA GTX1080 FTW CASE: bequiet 801 Window PSU: Coolermaster V850 Gold

So I installed a custom loop from alphacool a while ago, and I want to make sure that I plugged everything in where It was supposed to go. First is the pump, I plugged that into system fan and then pcie in my psu The CPU block has a bit of light on it and I plugged it into CPU fan. The fans are connected to a thermal take fan hub and they work great (I took them from my old aio) I am mostly nervous about the pump because I have no idea if it's plugged where it needs to be. If anybody can help me with this that would be soooo amazing.

Alphacool has a waterblock/reservoir/pump combo called the eisbaer. I am wondering if it would be powerful enough to push water through the block then through an EK-VGA Supremacy gpu block, then through a 280mm slim primochill rad? If it does, this is probably what i'll run in my custom watercooling rig.

Does anyone know what type or product Corsair has used on there Obsidian 1000D water-cooling build? I still want to know witch Reservoir and pump they used in there build. https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/obsidian-1000d-case I give the same question to there support and the only thing I got was: Thank you for your interest in our Corsair Obsidian 1000D. However, the radiators that were used on the video that you saw are not from corsair as the largest radiator what we have is only 360mm. For cable management, there is no right or wrong way to it. It all boils down to user preference. To be honest I am not really sure. When we launched the 1000D, the specs of the radiator were not mentioned. All we know is that they installed a custom water loop and used tons of LL120s. For the commander pro, they used some kind of adapter that allowed them to connect all CP's on the motherboard. Hope I was able to answer your questions. Thank you for choosing Corsair. I think the pump looks like the: Alphacool VPP655 PWM - G1/4 inner thread including Eisdecke D5 - Plexi V.3 https://www.alphacool.com/shop/pumps/alphacool-pumps/20544/alphacool-vpp655-pwm-g1/4-inner-thread-including-eisdecke-d5-plexi-v.3?c=20559 Also what is that :they used some kind of adapter that allowed them to connect all CP's on the motherboard. does anyone know this?

Okay so I've posted before on this forum and I haven't really gotten anywhere when it comes to actual answers that are helpful. So I think I'm going to lay it out in this format. System, Upgrades, and Where I Need HELP!!! I don't want to hear about "fix that sticker" or why does your cable management suck" or so on. I'm working on upgrading my system. Which is as follows: AMD Threadripper 1950X Processor Enermax Liqtech 280mm TR4 All In One Liquid Cooler Gigabyte X399 Aorus Gaming 7 ATX Motherboard G.Skill TridentZ RGB 32GB 2x16GB 3200Mhz RGB RAM EVGA GTX 1060 SSC 6GB ACX 3.0 Graphics Card Gigabyte AC300W Mid Tower Case Thermaltake Toughpower 850 Watt 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular Power Supply 128GB SSD 2.5 Inch SATA 128GB m.2 2280 SSD 2x 2TB HDD Sata Planned upgrades: 2x GTX 1080ti/1180ti Graphics cards (Depending on prices, launches, and yes 2 way SLI!!!) Replace 2.5 inch SSD with 2x m.2 SSD (Samsung 960 Pro 500GB in RAID 0) Replace m.2 2280 128GB SSD with 1TB m.2 2280 SSD Upgrade HDDS to 4TB HDDs, add in third one! Upgrade PSU to Fully Modular 1200 Watt Platinum/Titanium Rated 80 Plus (SLI, HDDs, SSDs, Liquid Cooling, fans, ect needs power!!!) Replace 280mm AIO with liquid loop that HAS quick releases!!! WHERE I NEED HELP!!! As mentioned before I am looking to replace my current AIO with quick releases. I'm leaning towards EKWBs X399 Threadripper block, a 120mm SLIM Radiator in the back in push/pull (2x120mm Fans), and a 240mm SLIM Radiator up front in push/pull (4x120mm fans). I am going to go with the flexible tubing and I am leaning between the 10mm inner/13mm outer diameter or the 12mm inner/16mm outer diameter tubing. I've been wondering if AlphaCool quick releases would be compatible with EKWB and what fittings I would need to go with. Attached are pictures of the system as it currently is!
