i already moved one fan and temp placed it and rerunning tests and so far im at least down to 80 load temp on heave 1440p max. i also will be flipping my 200m fan after i see my furmark burn in temps and decide if im repasting

I looked through amazons and neweggs and it reminds me of every card I've ever looked into, some people get bricks others get beasts and for some reason it would seem newegg has more bricks then amazon

Make sure you turned it back to auto and hit apply at the bottom otherwise it will never changed from 100%

Well I've read that furmark uses max power durring its burn in test giving temps that aren't even useful, when I did 3d mark for example I got up to 78c but it never got a chance to beat up, witcher 3 maxed with every setting heats it up within 5minutes to 80ish and fallout 4 was 60fps max max settings 1080 on my 280 so I wouldn't even look at its results without mods.Also considering I paid 280$ for the card after deals which I would of spent 50-60$ more on any other brand and I'd have to spend another 20$ to return this one, I'd rather watercool anyway or deal with temps till I upgrade down the road
I'm obviously not happy with these temps and I realise I should of looked into it more, but in reality dealing with the cost and stress of fixing my mistake and returning it just isn't worth it to me as I can tinker with my pc to fix the issue otherwise

I apprechiate mmo's that allow you to progress alone aswell as in a group. Not like wow  where you litterally need a raid of 10 ppl to progress. (besides pvp that is, but i feel like wow pvp isnt the same annymore as it used to be with wpvp n stuff.)

no problem, 280x would be best, if u dont overclock defiantly a 280x but again id wait unless ur needing this card asap. the 3XX lineup will drop prices and cause sales. hell id save up and go for one of the newer cards but out of those two 280x will be better

think hes deciding which one he wants, not crossfiring... least thats how im reading it.
 
280x seems to use more power but have higher clock speeds stock, id go with a 280x but if i was rebuying a gpu id wait for the new cards as pricing will change and id go for a 6gb version

i think preordering is completely pointless... like, ur preordering a unlimited online code.... there is no point... and if ur preordering at like gamestop or something for a console game, then ur a console gamer and its understandable  :rolleyes:
 
jokes aside, ive never preordered and went to plenty of midnight releases and never had a issue picking up a copy of anything.

Nothing wrong with wondering and questioning things taught by religion all your life. I think not being dead set on something opens up more avenues of open thinking. In other words its much more fun to compare differences than to just reject differences in thought.

well, yes i want to be part of the group of people that considers consoles as not as good as pcs because they arent, i do have friends that play on consoles and i dont send them a bunch of hate texts but they do try to rip on PCs and i ignore it, its not worth fighting with console users when they only have used their console they never gamed on a pc for longer then 5min and couldnt get used to the controls. now their are people that play consoles due to exclusives or due to the fact they made so many friends on console and i was part of that group, but soon as i saved my money i went to pc and found a new group and im much happier and so yes, i would love to be called whatever the 12 year old mtn dew drinking xbox one CoD thinks up. doesnt bother me one bit
