Motherboards and graphics cards in my experience are the most likely to fail.
 
It makes sense, since both essentially are the same thing and have similar components and weak points.

I updated all the drivers and apart from that, there are no other softwares that actually control or influence the periferals. It was probably the problem @TUGiF mentioned above I guess and it is fixed for now, thanks for you help though.

are there any softwares that control these? have you tried driver updates? just thought i would ask

that's the max speed of the cpu.
 
if you want it to go hotter, remove the fan or take off the thermal paste

and there you have it, the CPU is maxed out.

the i7 7700 should pair well with the rx 580 8gb  (them are 6 core right? or 4?) im a little jelly of that 32 gb ram tho lol 

At a certain point you gotta wonder is it the parts or.......

sounds like windows 10 XD slow bloated designed to steal your info and clunky cant wait for 10 to lose support but yet again something worse will come out 

i would recommend upgrading the ram to 16gb if you can. you also shouldent need to use vsync on this system  also how are your temps?

Windows 7 continues to be a solid OS that does pretty much everything Windows 10 does outside of UWP and DX12 requirements. It's more reliable than Windows 10, less bloated, and can be more private. It also has a more functional start menu. I think those are some good reasons.

for mine they dont have to be lined up perfectly it can be off just slightly  and i can still screw it in

i know some people want new but have you tried the used market? do you have facebook market place where your from? i recomend trying on there (if you have it in your country ) my pc is made up of all used parts and works good for me
