3300X, but you're obviously not going to spend $120 on a CPU you plan on pairing with a $1200 GPU (I hope). I think that's the cheapest CPU that manages to get the most (not all) out of it.
Really though you should be looking at least at a 10600K, or maybe a 3700X, depending on the resolution.
