Oof. Nevermind then. I saw videos online on the strictness.

You just have to wait it out.

If High CPU(100%) usage is causing stuttering /Lag Even though you have high end PC; try this Fix. Worked for me 9th i7 2060ti https://youtu.be/I3Nujm8D8ys

Upgrade memory and see if it helps, other than that I don't have any good ideas if it truly isn't your GPU or CPU being throttling.

Turn settings down, look up a settings guide for modern warfare, close anything else in the background.
The game uses about 5.5-7GB of ram for me, but I have 32GB  I guess its just ram hungry like chrome is.
Rust uses like 12-14GB of ram for me, same with minecraft

Maybe check if you can reduce the amount of RAM needed by shutting down other programs. But there's not a lot to do about it, maybe check if you can lower some setting. Otherwise you might need to add some extra RAM if your motherboard can handle that.

A brief glance around the web reveals the game pretty much demands 16GB of RAM for smooth gameplay...

    Of the game itself?
    Not generally.
Lower the gfx effects might put less of a strain on the system, but no guarantees

Maybe just open up your Laptop and take some pictures. It is pretty hard to find anything on your specific Laptop without knowing the model number. If you can take a foto, it should be easy to say, if your gpu is soldered

    Unlikly but possible.....
Upgrading the display of a monitor in a laptop isnt as cut an dry as just taking the old one out and putting a new one in as far as I know.
Assuming there isnt a driver issue with some sort of board attached to the display itsself you will have to find one the exact or very close to same size as the one your taking out, this includes any tolerances for the housing(I.e. screw clearances if any, excess materials in the moldings of the plastics...ect) plus it will need to have matching ribbon/whatever power and mounting hard ware from the removed display. Point is potentially a lot of research and work for trouble shooting. But I am by no means an expert or anything close ,these are just issues that come to mind.
Honestly I see your laptop has an HDMI out with that being the case you could find a good color reproduction monitor online say on the cheap in the 1080p range matching your device and buy that instead that way you could not only have a bigger monitor but it would also be a better quality then something you might just put into the laptop
