3310 is regarded better by fps gamers.
I doubt you will notice a difference.
Both sensors are outdated and currently one of the 336x offerings would be preferable.

If you have any good tech stores in your city then the best choice to go take a look at those mices, hyperx might feel better for you, I like steelseries feel and weight, but you might have different preferences. Logitech mice seon123 mentioned are good too, it's very personal thing, so take a look at those mices upclose if you have that possibility.
