I'll explain these in a simplified way 
So first of all binned : now every chipset is made of silicon that is semi conductive but not all of them are made equal so some may achieve an oc profile or a certain level of conductivity without needing alot of voltage  because the silicon is alot higher quality and those are called binned chips meaning they were hand picked because of their great conductivity 
But some are bad quality meaning they can't achieve a OC profile or a level of conductivity without  alot more voltages so they are usually worse 
And now the firmware : the firmware is basically what tells the hardware to act in a certain way in certain situations such as temps etc and it also connects the hardware with the soft so they can work together

Have you tried to reinstall the media creator? Does the usb need to be a certain format? Is the ssd initialized?
 
These are the things I'd start with. 

It may be playable 1440p 60 fps may be in low to med settings.But 1080p 60fps high for sure
