  1. I think m.2 is the conector and nvme is a standard , that m.2 is not nvme.
  2. I think this is seet for vega (and compatible) https://www.raijintek.com/en/products_detail.php?ProductID=46
  3. Have you installed your mobo drivers (not bios) ? maybe there's some conflict as @Sat1600 said,
  4. its an issue of wattman , had the same with a rx480 (stock) , I've noticed not steady frequency (like jumping , if I remember correcly, from 1400mhz to 1350 etc , every bump a stutter) Searching for clues on wattman settings just allowing to draw up to 50% more power fixed that (its at 0% you can change up to -50% or +50%) those makes steady frequency with variable power , 0 stutters since then, that rx 480 was 1 year on my setup, almost 1 year mining and now with a 4790k on a friend's rig , now rocking better than on my setup. Monitor your frequency while gaming
  5. I think every nvidia gpu (i thought only 10 series but it seems 9 also) locks at 75º , maybe its vrm like its said.
  6. And if you hate those stutters if I were you save money try to use that cpu as long as you can, and buy a 144hz gsync monitor (1440p is good for that 1070) you will never switch back to non gsync
  7. My family runs a dog hotel and I live my entire life around dogs and I can say that If you take a small dog those 10 hours at first will be a pain for you and your dog but that could be the first week , then you will have hurry everyday to look for your doggo PHOTOSSSSS TO CHEER YOU! when my dog came (2 months old) -> this is my phone wallpaper and last 2 where taken this year!
  8. 100% cpu usage = throtling, your gpu pushes too much fps and your cpu cant handle all, limit your fps in game to reduce your cpu usage, 100% cpu usage = those stutters and Im sure about that. In games (and every other computer application) for best experience gpu must be close to 100% (90 ish is fair enough) and your cpu must be lower than 100% (70% gaming is normal for an i5, every time that reaches 100% theres a micro stutter), 1080p for a 1070 is overkill , with 165fps at 1440p my 4790k was 90-100% stutering on csgo or other games that I could achieve those 165fps. Try to close everything and play a game , monitor your cpu and look for those 100% bumps, thats one of the reasons I bought a 8600k (the main was my mobo was dead XD ), If you play videos while you gaming try to use a h264 decoder app for chrome or firefox like h264ify, that uses your gpu instead your cpu to decode videos
  9. went through same , but It seems that my job that took me 12 hours (8 working the rest traveling + eating) is making forget about my depresion , And when that bitch comes in I just shut up with tons of consumism (aka corsair k95 rgb plat, 400$ on headphones + dac/amp , 165hz 1440p monitor, there are tons of things to spend!) XDD nah just joking but take a dog ( I have a parrot + a dog) that would force you to care about doing things in your free time , and I have a gf but never intend to have kids or settle a family there are tons of people that dont priorize those things ( I had a bad time on my 16 to 20's because of that but thats normal at that age I think) now I'm 28 I drive my own life do what I want that is enjoying a good afternoon with my friends , playing a game online or just walking my dog every sunday morning to the bakery
  10. I think it lowered the quality so much that fans couldnt bear (Played and owned d3+exp , overwatch, wow bfa) now you want diablo you go to poe without doubt, want wow (really? wow is messed with gated loot , you only need to play 1 day and wait till next week) and overwatch community seems too young like fortnite , just waiting for w3 remastered but not for blizzard, just to play again w3 competitive games
  11. Well I'm monitoring this and seems solved by newest drivers, it was a issue with windows desktop manager that forces everything at lowest frequency when playing a video on the secondary screen or so... I had tons of headaches sorting this, but now seems to be fine (like 2 months ago new driver update solved for me) Just try to play a youtube video on the secondary while gaming , If it stutter your game try to move the video to your main monitor, thats the main issue for me (playing 2 years with a 1070 + 165hz 1440p monitor + 60hz 1080p) but now its solved it seems (Idk if its windows patch or nvidia just be up to date on those)
  12. What psu do you have , because a 550 w psu can be perfect for you or even the killer of your pc , I have those power cuts , ripped me 2 or 3 psu's 2 mobos + 1 gpu -> 4 years so I bought a 650w psu for 140€ that has 10 years warranty and tons of surge protections. 140€ is expensive but if you think 14 euros per year for a psu with warranty , Its better for my anxiety XD (every day I'm less scared turning on my pc) This is far better for you than a psu: https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Supernova-Platinum-Warranty-220-P2-0650-X1/dp/B010HWDPKW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1550071208&sr=8-2&keywords=evga+650+p2
  13. For nose only congestion -> antihistamine (try this and you will thank me) ears / throat hurting -> go to doctor you have an infection need antibiotics For lungs congestion -> something that liquidfy the mucus Lots of water and paracetamol every 8 hours , and if you have a though cold , paracetamol every 8 hours + ibuprofen (every 8 hours but at 4th hour of paracetamol, because one tolls the kidneys the other the liver)
  14. Thats your psu. I had similar problem with my pc and was the psu, the main issue is if that psu will die soon by itself alone or taking any component. Maybe your mobo its fucked also but same hapened to a friend and I told if there was a lighting storm at the time problems started and just switching psu problem solved, but for me It was psu+mobo+ram, you dont know when a psu dies which components will fall now I have a 650w evga p2 with 10 years warranty
  15. Have you look your cpu usage while gaming? , I had a 4790k with a 1070 playing 1440p 165hz gsync dual screen( the other 60hz 1080p) and noticed high cpu usage gaming , maybe because you are playing at 1080p your cpu is allways close to 100% and when it reaches (maybe briefly) it stutters. dual monitor or single? , I had same experience with dual monitors with different refresh rate (its a windows issue) If its single monitor check your gpu & cpu usage while gaming, It can be a cpu bottleneck (just limiting fps sorts this) or gpu overthottling (check the frequency of your gpu while gaming , if it goes up and down you will stutter , It needs to be steady , with more wattage you can solve this) I think this is just a cpu bottleneck or your gpu just has dirt and is throttling .
  16. I think the thick one is 1mm and the others are 0,5 maybe? , If you can measure the others maybe its 0,5 - 1 or if its 1mm (the slim one) the other are 2mm https://www.amazon.com/Thermal-Grizzly-Minus-High-Performance/dp/B00ZJS8RWQ/ref=sr_1_13?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1550067989&sr=1-13&keywords=gpu+thermal+pad
  17. There are packs like that but with ryzen + aurorus mobo it cost you like the mobo was 60$ for a 80-120$ mobo
  18. Level desing of Apex Legends is like they used a real level designer not like PUBG , I love pubg and the slow pace action , but Apex Legends is made by people loving their jobs and you can feel like "old games" there's still bugs but not like we used to nowadays
  19. If you take a 8400 I would recommend a nvidia card for nvenc encoding
  20. Dont be afraid, those people do that everyday , If you say ok no rma they win, but if you just insinst they for sure will take things like this
  21. It happened to a friend this , its on the motherboard , its an option like @Elochai said, If you have an hdmi tv try to plug that and look if it shows (I had a rx480 8gb that loaded without problem and same model on a friend hapened that , I told to load on a tv and he said me that It was something on bios , the tv load at 1st try but a monitor wont)
  22. Install lastest drivers from nvidia and uninstall that bitdefender crap, I think its fighting windows antivirus instead disabling have you downloaded your drivers from nvidia ? . (you will see nvidia control panel on your tray)
  23. Your main is on the gpu but your secondary also? Dont use antivirus , have you downloaded your drivers, if not you wont have your second monitor. Uninstall bitdefender, Install drivers for your gpu. What I think that windows automatically update your drivers and mess with something
  24. DDU'd ? , This happens when tries to load drivers , it can be a faulty psu / mobo that cant bring enough power at start or a bad driver, I bet that If you run without drivers or safe boot it wont happen (because drivers or power). Try to test your gpu to see if your computer crashes when your gpu is with high load -> hardware (mobo/psu/gpu) if not it's not the gpu it can be mobo / drivers
