Personally if you want something cheap now, check out G2A/Kinguin/Humble Bundle. Personally sales on big titles is very unlikely to reach over 30% anyways. Winter sale is usually Dec-Jan and Summer is June/July.

All psus and all electronics devices can take your house down safest bet is to call the electric company to cut your power

    NOT the VS series!
    CX450M will be enough.
    All RM are very good.

EVGA B2, G2, G3, GS are good as well.

If you already have the VS it will suffice for that build but it is really intended just for very low power office PCs.

If this is your first build and yet already limiting yourself to certain brands, it would mean that you had read some information that had misinformed you.

While it is true that Corsair sell very reliable power supplies, they aren't the only company that is able to do so. As such, you shouldn't limit your options, and make an informed decision based on what is available to you at a particular price

I'm not familiar with Circle PSUs. If their main customers are from regions that uses 230V, then most of their PSUs may be 230V only (200-240V) to save cost rather than the full 100-240V range. This may be the reason why you don't see many PSUs certified by Ecova before mid-2014 (before the 80+ EU standard), because they tested the PSUs at 115V.

While I don't have a problem recommending a lesser known brand (some brands are regional base, so not everybody knows them but may offer better warranty service in that region - like LDLC is a company from France who sell units made by Seasonic), since I'm not familiar with Circle, I can't recommend them without see any reviews.

Anyways, your system isn't particularly demanding, in which you could get the Corsair VS450 to power it. But to be sure that is the best unit you can buy, can you provide a budget and any links to stores you can buy from?

It's decent. But I reckon you could do better for your money.

-Get the Pentium G4560 instead of the i3 6100. Miles better value.
-Switch out the GTX 1050Ti for a RX 470.
-The power supply is fantastic but it's a bit too "overkill" for a budget build of this calibre. I think you could go for a cheaper one like the Corsair CX450/550M or the Antec Truepower Classic. They're still decent power supplies but they don't bite too much into your budget. You might even be able to get a SSD with the money saved. A simple 120GB one as your boot drive would be good.
    -Get a FreeSync monitor.

Where are you from exactly? I know you aren't from the NA, as you was looking at the Corsair VS650 in another thread. Would it be correct of me to assume that you are from India from your name? I'm asking because certain countries' availability and pricing my differ a lot, and I don't want to simply recommend something that you can't get.

If you are from India, I would recommend the Cooler Master GXII Storm Edition 550w if you can get it here.

You could get by with a fairly cheap PSU for your system. As others have asked, where are you from? India is probably my best assumption. I don't know your budget but judging by the specs of the system you're building, an expensive PSU is probably A. Not in the budget and B. Not really necessary.
