I have the UK version of this model:

    https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Electronics-UN40MU6300-40-Inch-Ultra/dp/B06XGVQYQZ/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1501530912&sr=1-1&keywords=samsung+mu6300

It works great and has a great picture, brilliant 4k gaming and for a tv has excellent input lag (mine is around 15ms). Additionally, it supports HDR10 and has all the bells and whistles I need. You can get more information from rtings but I feel they have been a little critical in parts of their review as I have had a great experience with this:

So I thought this was going to be a lot harder and painstaking than it was! I really enjoyed building this rig as it is the first time I have ever attempted something like this and I even managed to achieve a stable overclock at 4.8ghz @ 1.26volts. After stress testing overnight, temperatures never increased more than 52C on the CPU and having everything cranked up on heaven benchmark, the GPU peaked at 67C.

Please excuse the cable management, it was the best I could do first time around!

I changed all the case fans to Corsair's ML fans, 2 140's at the front, 1 140 at the top and 1 120 at the back of the S340 Elite. The red and black theme I was going for works well and I am really happy with the results.

If there are any improvements anyone can suggest it would be great so I know what things to tweak / change.

Yeah for sure, it will work great.
Remember to plug your HDMI into port 1 on the TV, and rename the input to "PC" so that most post processing is disabled.

    Uh, no, 15ms is excellent.
All standard 60Hz monitors are about 10-20ms input lag.

Maybe you're thinking about "response time" which is sometimes advertised on the box, that number literally means nothing.
There is no standard testing for pixel response time, and it does not actually give any idea about how fast the panel is.
Input lag testing from a site like displaylag.com or rtings.com is what actually matters.

Old tvs are about 50-100ms input lag, which is fine for gaming casually, just not fps games.
15ms is really good for a tv, basically as good as a regular monitor.

Obviously 120/144/165/200/240Hz monitors have less than that, but tvs are 60Hz, and you can game perfectly fine on 60Hz.

i have a K70 and its a pretty great keyboard(though im getting a bit tired of cherry switches) i have it with browns and its great for games and typeing from my experience. Blues are IMO shit for most games but are really nice to type on and reds are just booring, browns are a sortof middleground but dont expect massive tactile feedback or anything

    Fans:
The largest noctua fan you can fit or if 12cm mount go NF - S12A or NF-F12, if 14cm go NF-F14 or NF A14 FLX (no bling, looks like you pooped in your case becasue of the bronw color but the fans are to notch. Important about fans are noise, max cooling capacity (flow rate and static pressure) and longevity. the lather is decided by the bearing. Noctua generally uses very good bearings. IN general it is hard to go wrong with Noctua but that is also due to the fact that there is no such thing as a cheap Noctua fan lul) I do not recommend Thermaltake but their Riing 14 RGB have tested well (for bling) As mentioned before, silent wings 3 Also do you want to use them as a case fan or on a rad? if on a rad the frame is important too ... Just tell us more about waht you want and we give you better suggestions. That is how it goes in forums. Memory:
Kingston - Savage 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memoryhttps://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/c78H99/kingston-memory-hx430c15sb2k216 for neutral color and cooler compatibility (because they are not so tall) Corsair - Vengeance LED 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/J7RFf7/corsair-vengeance-led-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-3000-memory-cmu16gx4m2c3000c15r - 'I want dem LEDs though' not happy with the looks? -tell us what you want. Case:
Fractal Design Define R5 https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/fkTrxr/fractal-design-case-fdcadefr5bkow - always a solid choice but not really anything special, just a stealthy all-rounder Cooler Master-Master Case https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/mTCrxr/cooler-master-case-mcy005pkwn00 or https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/3MH48d/cooler-master-mastercase-pro-6-atx-mid-tower-case-mcy-c6p2-kw5n The mastercase series really seesm to have been dropped under the table by a lot of people. Everyone was happy when it was announced but I rarely see builds in it or even people talk about it in general. Same category as the Define R5 with arguably more options for bling if you really want to. be quiet! - Dark Base Pro 900 w/Window (Black) ATX Full Tower Case https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/D4M323/be-quiet-dark-base-pro-900-black-atx-full-tower-case-bgw11 Imo to expensive but also pretty feature rich. Worth a look but not my first choice by a long shot. Has some cool customizabilits with the rotatable motherbord tray. Corsair Crystal 460X https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/vbL7YJ/corsair-cc-9011101-ww-atx-mid-tower-case-cc-9011101-ww i probably wouldn't recommend this if you are new to PC building. Maximum bling with the better iluminated corsair fans. Top mount is not compatible with large ram when using a AiO!!!! Inwin - 805 BLACK ATX Mid Tower Case https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/vzNypg/inwin-case-805black - alternative to the 460X ... Basically how much bling do you need? anything important in particular?

You got me wrong there. RAM can be inserted in 4 slots, but it might run in dual channel like paralel dual channel. You get me? Performance bump is negligible if you don't run apps that benefit from that..

About the GPU bottleneck.. This is the most powerful GPU on the market right now. Putting two of them together on a mainstream system doesn't calculate. For top end GPU solution you need top end platform to support it. I'm just talking future wise, should you ever expand you know.. Imho, you need an x99 platform to run these in SLI.. But look man. By the time you'll need SLI, newer and better GPUs will be available, so I wouldn't worry about it. Go with this system and don't SLI it. When the time comes, change the GPU and then in 4 years or so the whole system.. That's what I would do. CPU and MB will outlast GPU for a few more generations..

I have 16gb. I honestly don't ever run above 10. Think about it. If you just idle your system, RAM usage is around 4gb right? Open a few tabs, programs and stuff and maybe you're on 6gb, but that's already a lot. That gives the game another 10gb of RAM. Most demanding games demand 8gb of RAM as a whole, so that means only 4-5 will actually be available to the game itself. You have 10. Higher amounts of RAM come in convenient when you edit video, since large video files are loaded into RAM. But in gaming? Nah..

As for the Ryzen CPUs. Their IPC (instruction per clock) is around Broadwell-e. Combine that with lower core clocks and you're got a powerful workstation, but not an amazing gaming performer. It's just facts. It was never meant to be a gaming CPU. For 4k maybe, where GPU takes most of the beating. When streaming, it will come handy, when doing multiple tasks at once, rendering video on CPU or managing data.. Gaming? Not so much. At least not now. Don't get me wrong, it's a great CPU. It just doesn't overclock as high as we thought it would. And in gaming, that matters. Gaming will leverage more cores in a few years time, but 8 logical on 7700k should be more than enough. A few CPU intensive dx12 games show 1-2fps bump over the 7700k when running sth like 6900k.. But yeah.. You're good.

The best performance IPC wise is 7700k no doubt (shouldn't bottleneck 1080ti in 1440p and up). System looks good, you will have no trouble with any of the components. Just remember that those 32gb of RAM will still run in dual channel. And I personally don't see how you can benefit from them right now, but ok..

As for the GPU. I would wait till alternatives come out with primarily better cooling solutions. You'll be able to push this GPU higher, getting more FPS per dollar. Remember that going with z270 platform means you WILL hit bandwith bottleneck with 2 1080ti in SLI. 8x8 speed just isn't enough. So an x99 platform with a CPU that can (should you ever expand to SLI) run those card in 16x16 speeds would be Great. But that means more money. As it is, the system looks really good. But you will not get the performance bump with another 1080ti. The system will bottleneck it too much. If we were talking about 1070SLI ok.. But in this case, no.
