The joys of wireless headphones. They are nice to have but suck when you have battery issues. Hope you get this figured out

Glad to hear sorry i didnt reply sooner to help i had the flu and didnt even get on my pc for days. Pc can be weird sometimes. What i assume may have happened is the ram although not specifically compatible ryzen mobo typically have a method to test timings and speed until they find a compatible solution. It may have ended up finding one if you had tried to turn it on and just left it on for a really long time.

I would recommend the iiyama XUB2495WSU-B1. (there is also a white version of it)
    Panel: IPS
Resolution: WUXGA (better for your eyes than FHD)
Refresh rate: 60Hz (totally fine in my opinion. GTX 1060 won't fire more than 75Hz anyway.
    Brightness: 300 cd/m²
Pivot & Height Adjustment also there.

    And around 300 GBP

I'm a nightmare for this kind of stuff.  I could probably wait, not done this since mid 90s though.

My case is a Falcon GameMax and the SSD is behind the motherboard, just above the PSU shroud.
