Novice Builder

Hi,

I'm almost ready to start my build.  I have my case, my PSU (already installed), my CPU, Motherboard, Memory, Graphics Card and CPU Liquid Cooler.  Only thing I haven't got is an SSD or HD yet.  However, can I still install the Motherboard? I'm not going to be able to get my SSD or HD until next month but I am just eager to get started.  

Is it an issue to get started with installing the CPU, Ram and Motherboard into the case, and then come back to the SSD and GPU?

Uh, I mean you wont really be able to do anything with. Especially depending if you have a CPU with non-integrated graphics. Waiting is recommended tho so you don't have to redo cable management. Plus, it is just funner doing it all at once imo

Only issue if you get an NVMe drive and the connector is blocked by a GPU or something.  Then you need to remove GPU or other card.

 

If SATA< most cases have places to put them that are way out of the way of the motherbard, like my R6.  They go around back and then you just plug them in.

Yeah, install it all.  Build the entire machine and you'll be fine.
