Okey, rule one a diet does not work atleast for me.
I found out that I always skipped breakfast and If I did I would take a cookie or snickers, something sweet. (sugur-rush).
Eat loads of bread every day and double portions.
Went 180 on eating habbit, now I eat a healthy breakfast (no sugar except for fruit) and you got to have a sport (no but, but but...)
I took mountainbiking a try and that works fine for me.
I was a guy with a weight of almost 100 kg and now I weight about 70 kg.
Also doing diets you will receive amouts of lose skin,
your fat tissue should be
1. be burned by doing movement (work, excersize etc.)
2. Or trained to mass (fitness)

Oh, and no beer, drink whiskey. *hic*
