Just remember to make sure the case you decide on supports your motherboard size, only the InWin and Lian-Li cases that @Glanir suggested actually support E-ATX motherboards that are as large as yours.

Arct1c0n, you have a dual 140mm radiator but the 2 fans you selected are 120mm.  So you either need to switch your 280 rad for a 240 rad or switch your 2 120mm fans for 2 140mm fans.

Overall, as when you add data onto them, you slow down the speed at which the data can be accessed.
Also, increased risk for failure, and they add a lot of heat into the system
