haha. My Antec X1-E luckily came with windowed panel and couple of red 120 fans. And I got 3 white LED fans, because they were cheaper than normal fans. This was way before than "RGB" trend started :D

    RGB lighting

Yesterday, I built a 9th gen system. I thought it'd work with Asus Aura as there was a logo on RAM package. But, it didn't it. Ended up downloading iCUE software and it worked there.
  3. Overclocking with BCLK isn't a good idea, generally. It could cause damage to CPU, PCIe cards, North Bridge, RAM., etcc whatever is connected on Motherboard, basically. But, most of the time this wouldn't happen. Especially if you have a super high end motherboard. Motherboards in laptop are like "there" for CPU to work and support other basic stuff. I guess that's why they don't include BCLK in any of it.
  4. I was talking about laptop. I know enough AFAIK, I haven't seen a BCLK OC on any laptops.
  5. Nope. M series can't be OCed. Only HK can be.

    File Explorer Dark Theme

I don't think you can change the Explorer theme alone. If you set the theme to Dark in "Personalize", it's all black everywhere. I believe it's since 1809 version.

    H80i V2 max TDP?

Hello there, At my work, one of our Workstations seems to be having some thermal throttling problem. We have E5-2679 V4, a 20 core Xeon which produces heat upto 200W TDP. But, may I know what the max that a H80i V2 can hold? Please let me know. Thanks!

    Help please

Do you have any more info on that BSOD? Like the error code or the message that it says? Also, it's not a bottleneck in anyway. You're good in that department.

Are these files/folders safe to delete?

Technically, yes. But, not by deleting the folders here. You have to use Disk Cleanup option. It'll delete the files if they're safe to delete. Or https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/clean-up-the-winsxs-folder

    SSHD died? Help!

RMA. Bad drive. It happens. If you want data off of it, use something like this https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-2-5-Inch-Adapter-Optimized-EC-SSHD/dp/B011M8YACM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1545883675&sr=8-3&keywords=2.5+inch+to+usb+3 and try attaching it as external drive and see if it detects. If not you're out of luck. Pretty sure you can RMA the drive.

How to Dual-Boot with Windows 10 and Mac OS?

I have done something like this before. But, your best place for this to search is tonymacx86. They might have some step by step solutions for that. Clover EFI is the base where you need to start from. Unless you're booting on a Legacy BIOS, you need to search differently.
  13. Not really. But just to be safe, I'd use Display Driver Uninstaller once to uninstall the driver completely and install the latest one. Not gonna hurt
  14. my psu died on me. that cheapo crappy BP300P from Antec. Wasn't expecting anything different XD. Good thing I got a CX550M (grey variant) for $40 from my friend :D So happy for that now.

been here the whole time. was just not active on commenting :) WORK WORK WORK

  15. Hello all, Would like some suggestion here on what can be improved for my situation. So, at my work we use Office for Mac 2016 (Home & Business). We buy these keys in retail, ie., Fully Packaged Product. We use that key to bind it to a mail ID and use it to activate. It's been difficult now a days to track it because so many e-mail IDs for so many product keys. Previously, we used same email ID for many product keys. That would be a pain in the ass. Because, when I try to activate, it will not show any kinda info about which product key it is. It just shows Office for Mac 2016 x how many keys we binded with it. To eliminate this, let me know if this will work. Put that retail key (FPP) on our VL server (VAMT 3.1), and activate the office through VL Serializer (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/mac/volume-license-serializer). Will this work? Activate it before opening up the office? Let me know if this will work or if it doesn't, suggest me an idea here. Thanks, Kamesh.
