    Rx 480 is better if you are willing to wait for a little. It will be the best thing for 200 when supply starts to kick up.
    If for some reason you just can't wait then try to find a marked down 970 or 390 or a 380/x.

    iirc they are claiming this is a 150W card.  You'll also notice it has a single 6 pin connector, so unless they're breaking the rules, it is literally drawing 100% of what it is allowed to given the connectors it has.  That pretty much rules out any overclocking possibility, at least at first glance.
