GTX 760 would be fine if he wants to run it at 1080p

The most optimal card for WoW is a GTX 770.  WoW is easy to run but to get sustainable FPS in 25/40 man raids you need some power.  More importantly you need an Intel CPU as the game is basically single threaded design.  Sure a GTX 660 can do 10 man raids pretty much maxed out, but 25 man raids eh not so much.  Here is a guide over on the WoW forums that covers some of it: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/10587208956
 
WoW by nature is an old game.  The graphics core was designed in 02/03 and although it has been "updated" it's still over 10 years old.  All they did was throw high resolution textures and increase polygon count and bam a new game.  This has caused the game to be extremely inefficient.  Even Genesect over on the WoW forums who has 4 water cooled Titans OC'ed to 1300MHz and an I7-3960x @ 4.8GHz cannot sustain FULL ULTRA 2560x1440 in raids.  His cards stay below 15% usage each, but the game scales poorly.

I am going to leave out anything that was non-functional because any company can have a lemon, and I'm going to go with the biggest difference between my expectations and what was delivered.
 
I used to have a set of Monsoon MM-2000 PC speakers (outstanding flat panel speakers. Wish they still made them) and I returned them to buy a set of Logitech Z-680s (dat digital sound... or so I thought) because of the great reviews from PC gamers all over the place (when I learned not to blindly trust user reviews).
 
They sounded so muddy and ugly and the bass was so overwhelming. I tried to love them. I tried analog. I tried digital. It didn't matter. They were awful. I returned them and went right back to the store where I got my MM-2000s (they were discontinued so there weren't many options for where to buy them) only to find out they had chucked them in the dumpster when I returned them since the manufacturer had gone out of business so they had no RMA service, and they had assumed they were broken.
 
I ended up spending WAY more on some Klipsch Promedia Ultra 5.1s (also amazing speakers that I wish I still had......) just so I could cleanse the Z-680 residue from my ears.

The thing to worry about is the temperature under load.

Just put all ingredients in your mouth and microwave that.

you need:

Microwave
A Plate

Corn Chips - any flavor

Sauce or Salsa (BBQ sauce is my favorite)
Cheese - all types are good use a mixture where possible

Toppings
Bacon Bits
Beans
Salami
Veges if you like



Step 1: Acquire Plate

Step 2: Place down base layer of corn chips

Step 3: Sprinkle on ingredients to your taste

Step 4: Drizzle sauce over toppings

Step 5: Cover with cheese to your liking

Step 6: Repeat Steps 1-5 as much as you like (2-3 I normally have)

Step 7: Microwave on High for 30-40 seconds until cheese is melting

Step 8: ?????

Step 9: Profit! / Eat!
