Please tell me why a $50 motherboard won't work?  What is the difference to this user?  What will happen to the PC with a $50 motherboard?

His list is set to Amazon links.  This is just basic observation.

The PSU may be gold rated and fully modular and still be poorly built with low quality parts... Proof, the NEX line from EVGA.  FSP makes some good PSUs, but the NEX line is not one of them.  Try the GQ line, or better yet go Seasonic or Superflower (G2/B2/GS, etc...).  This is a better PSU:  http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=97531&vpn=110-B2-0750-VR&manufacture=eVGA&promoid=1636

As far as waiting to see the 1070, why not wait and maybe he will have extra cash by then.  Can't hurt to wait.

This leaves him $350-$400 for a GPU:

Not entirely helpful, but then what country? Here's a UK list anyways.

Here, would be best just to spend 30 more and get a 360 GPU over an APU with a higher end board that has display port

And then here's the 144hz Free-sync display, at 189 pounds, solid for CS:GO/Dota

The Corsair PSU is what I assume is to be the RM650, which is overpriced for its quality.

    Get a EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2 instead.

You are spending a load on the fans they don't do a great deal of difference, stick with the stock fans and get a 980ti.

Also I'm pretty sure you can find cheaper wireless adopters that are cheap enough.

This is assuming you don't need an OS. I couldn't quite fit a 5820K with the 980Ti but I think the 6700K still does a decent job.

Please don't suggest builds like that. Meh PSU, kinda worthless CPU considering the budget, too much RAM...
