The Windows tool works perfectly and will download the files then automatically prepare and create the media for you. Rufus will not and requires you already have an ISO and know the difference between legacy mode and UEFI mode.
 
By suggesting Rufus you're just adding unnecessary complications to the process.
 
You probably just need to open up the boot menu and select the drive to be booted from.
 

Just go dig through your pile of old PC stuff and get a simple PCI(E) network card out of it! Wait, you don't have a pile of PC hardware junk?!

I'm not very familiar with Chromebooks, but you should certainly be able to download the network drivers on the Pi, put them on a flash drive and transfer it over to your PC.
Could you further explain the issue? Is the port on the back of your PC lighting up? Or the port on the router/switch when your PC is connected? (Assuming Windows): does it show one of those yellow triangle warning signs or just a red X?

Just an update for the people talked with me. They were super helpful and the said that they are sending me replacements plus a Bit a lost a wile ago. Kudos to them for their fast and very very Good experience I had with their Support.

Try using either/both of these tools to get a fresh system w/out graphics drivers, then try and reinstall.

I've heard that windows 10 can sometimes be an issue with resetting the motherboard's internal GPU as the main one, even when you disable it. If your problem persists after that then try using this tutorial http://winsupersite.com/windows-10/stop-automatic-driver-updates-windows-10 to remove the default driver updating software in windows 10 (if that happens to Not work, please reset the settings as you might need it).

If I may ask, why do you want both wired and wireless? Logitech makes the excellent G602, very comfortable along with the MX master series, both of which are loved by youtubers, and have battery lives that can last a month or more from what I have seen

the mx master doesnt have a wired mode tho. its only to charge the battery.

we need to know your full system specs, if your mobo supports ddr2 then you cant put ddr3 in. i7's have been around quite some time as they reuse the name, do you have model numbers?

The max your motherboard can have is 16GB and 8GB is really good for most people. why do you want to upgrade? so far I think waiting is a better.
