I mean i am running a 2600x on my gaming pc with a dark rock pro 4 from bequiet.... its about 100$ in the US and its a ridiculous overkill. If you are sticking to air cooling and you have 100$ to spend then you can get anything really.

1400$ is a whole other 2080ti in canada ...  also 100mhz would make that much of a difference in performance.

So from what i understand a dark rock pro 4 ( i already have on cooling the 2600 ... yea its overkill but i got it for 50$ lol ) will it be fine for a 3950?

What are you planning to do with this build as a workstation? The 5820K is better for video rendering and editing. You'll see an increase in performance by having two 980Tis instead of one Titan X. I've gone pretty overkill here (Rampage V Extreme, TridentZ RAM, X61 Kraken, 2TB SSD) so if you want to save money, feel free to get different parts instead.

Also, any ideas for a monitor?
