I have a Titan Black 6GB and yes I checked the control panel and 165Hz was not an option listed in the drop down menu.

i also think the 27 is 1080p and you better get 24 for 1080p
and 27 for 1440p

Some people have waited over 6months before getting replacement product. Generally they tend to do better with replacing their RoG line, but you can still get stuck with the typical ASUS treatment. They are VERY well known for this and why many avoid their brand like the plague.
Hopefully they sort you out though.

my PG278Q died twice in 6months
right now im already a month + without a monitor trying to get my money back from asus
 
asus support in my country is the worst . 
 
they offered me the PG27AQ free upgrade and i told them that i want my money back
 
after my experience with asus israel(my country) i wont buy any asus product again !!!

I'm very lucky with tech, mostly because I'm always upgrading, and only use new stuff.

Witcher 3 is love Witcher 3 is life

the witcher 3 is the best game i have ever played
 
i did not tested FO4 yet but played the witcher over 150hours and its amazing
 
the graphics and sound are so good you get that " immersed" feeling 
the combat is very good and they fixed many issues it had at launch . 
the monsters in this game so uniqe and fun to fight with . some of them also damm scary
the charcters/npcs in the game are the best one i've seen . it so good that you feel for them.
 
the maps are huge and there are many places to explore . 
 
now all i said was from the game launch . now they added like tons of patches that fixed issues and made the game so much more fun to play
 
they added the "new game plus" which let u start over with the same stats and gear so you can make "new" decisions but also get and use the best gear in the game . 
also the enemies gets much stronger as well which makes it more challanging
 
they added Heart of stone which i never played yet but it sounds awesome from reviews . which gives u tons of content 
 
you got "gwent" the game card which is one of the best and cool game cards ever made . 
 
they made like 15 free dlcs . they actually listen to the community and release updates constantly by players feedback
 
 
i know fallout 4 got that "HYPE" all around . but The Witcher 3 is so good that i cant belive FO4 will be better . (not saying FO4 is bad!)
 
right now my monitor is being repaired so i cant play on my TV . but playing TW3 on 2560x1440 Ultra settings NVIDIA HAIR ON with GSYNC its FUCKING AWESOME

it works flawless and its fucking amazing . 
still need to OC the GPU and start TheWitcher 3 but that will be tomorrow
 
in terms of CPU Lottery - 4.7GHZ 1.30V Flawless with amazing temps  , im impressed with the Noctua!

1)  Yes, that's the correct model (SDCZ80-064G-G46).  Tear that sucker open, and start using it!
 
2)  Technically, it is possible to run Windows off of a USB flash drive with Windows 8 (link to instruction guide).  However, I wouldn't recommend it for daily / general use.  This is really intended for people who need a portable version of Windows to carry between multiple computers, instead of single-computer users looking for speed.  
 
USB 3.0 flash drive speeds typically show sequential read/write speeds.  Unfortunately, sequential data patterns only make up about 5% of the usage when dealing with running an OS or applications.  The remaining 95% of data access patterns are random read/write speeds.  And USB 3.0 flash drives do not have fantastic performance when it comes to random read/writes.  You're going to want a true SSD if you're looking for speed here.
 
Furthermore, USB flash drives have significantly poorer reliability than SSDs or mechanical HDDs.  They were not designed to be constantly hit with read/writes.  So it's not uncommon for a USB flash drive to heat up quickly (and maintain that high temperature) when you're constantly read/writing to it.  And subjecting a USB flash drive to high temperatures over long periods of time is the best way to kill a USB flash drive.

the r5 don't fit 3x 120 so defiantly 2x 140 

Build is mainly for 1440p gsync heavy gaming
Case will be on my 150x75 white desktop so it has to be WHITE/SILENT/WINDOW
I went with colors that will fit togther like the noctua/sabertooth/
