I'm guessing it's an OEM type case. Probably not something you can buy on it's own.

I have the MSI R9 390 and love it. I'd recommend going that route. But yes the one you said should fit.

Phew. That's gonna take a while. You might wanna ask again later down the road when you're closer to buying. Prices will change a lot, and new products might be out by then.

I would recommend your Setup like this, but Remove the Top Drive Cage:
Grey=Spectre Pro
Yellow=CM Sickleflow
Purple=Fractal Design Silent R2 140mm
Spectre Pro at the Bottom hard drive Cage because it has the Highest Pressure that means it can push most air trough the Hard Drive Cage compared to the Other Fans
R2 fan at the Top Hard drive Cage (but Remove the Hard drive Cage or Rotate it first) so it can Send fresh air to Your Cpu and Graphicscard
CM Sickle Flow at the Bottom because the Motor isn't as loud as it would be in the Front and it brings Fresh air to the Graphicscard while pushing air up from the 2 Front Fans and at the back well to exhaust Hot air and dampen the Noise.
the other 2 R2 Fans at the Top because theyre Quiet and can push a good amount of Air.

Do I not have enough ports? How will I attach all of the fans that I have? I guess that is really my question here.

This is the current build I'm planning to do right now if you need something else to look at. I'm not going to be overclocking so take this with a grain of salt but this is what I am doing.

I am planning to go for 970 SLI in the future.

Id personally go for the 970 over the 980 because of price vs performance right now. If you are looking to lower the cost of your build, Id recommend it.
Also, your motherboard has 4 RAM slots so I'd go with 2x4GB sticks instead of 1x8GB.

"Tight" budget, buys a 980...

Get the gtx 970 instead and save yourself 200 bucks and put that towards a ssd instead. 

I think I'm going to go with the 970. I'm probably better of with it. The cards are pretty much the same and the price point doesn't really matter too much if the 290x cards run hot. I can always make this change later if I change my mind. I have some decent amount of time still to decide.

I done some googling and I remember from when I posted my 4K build (figured out I didn't want to know how much it costs) that 290Xs work better at 4k. So if I'm going to go for a build for the future, I should probably get the 290x.

Thank you! The thing that really adds on the price on this kind of a build is the monitor. I will keep this build in mind but I'm not sure on 4K just yet.

You threw it in the trash? I'm sure you could have sold it for some decent money people are willing to shell out for it instead of just throwing it away.

I would recommend holding off on the cooler and if your computer runs too hot, then you could always by one later. If you don't need one, why should you buy one right?
