Ideas for a gaming pc I NEED HELP!?!?

I am wanting to build a gaming pc and im saving up my money. I will be playing a lot of minecraft on the system and i might stream some... I want it to be blue and black.

Phew. That's gonna take a while. You might wanna ask again later down the road when you're closer to buying. Prices will change a lot, and new products might be out by then.

Yeah i know but i will try to save up and i will keep making changes and i hope prices drop by the time i get the money.
