Utilization limit is at 100% when the card lowers its clock because it's not fully utilized. This usually happens when you aren't playing a game or doing other stuff that utilizes your GPU. Have you checked whether it stays at 1 while playing a game? Cause then it should be at 0.
Voltage limit means that your card isn't boosting higher because the card doesn't get enough voltage. You want this to be at 1 while playing games or benchmarking.

Sorry, but it's a feature that's just not currently possible with the forum software. We've brought it up to IPS though, so hopefully they will do something about it.... No promises

Well this forum update is half-baked at best. Can't even seem to turn off the WYSIWYG BBCode editor, which is seriously lame.
 
I wouldn't call it stunning, though they did at least clumsily try to add in some character growth for a change. It could have been stunning, had they built up to the ending better and tied it all together somewhat.
For instance,

anyone know why they updated? the old forum was just fine, if not, better.

We need something similar to the old like button.
What am I supposed to click when fred posts nice artwork or vitalius posts and interesting video.
I guess there is the friendly button. But that doesn't really make much sense either. But to be fair I can't actually think of a use for that button otherwise.

Don't expect too much of it and it's a good show.

No no no, you have the order all wrong... they were stoned which is why they bought razer products.
Really though there isn't anything really wrong with them other then price to quality ratio from what I have seen but a good deal is still a good deal.

Okay this Agree,Informative,Funny,Friendly,Good point Liking system is pissing me off. Like i don't want to push all those fucking buttons if i felt all those emotions.
