Razer Mouse Help

Delta0227

Hey, new topic for any razer mouse problems. I mainly have a problem with the ouroborous not holding a full charge and when it seems to have a full charge it lasts like 15 minutes. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Razer just isn't worth buying for peripherals. Iv'e had a Razer keyboard that worked for like 3 years until it died and my generic lenovo keyboard lasted 10 years

My i5 6500 is bad and can't even maintain 4.5ghz, and 4.4ghz causes it to slowly become unstable over weeks with a vcore of 1.395. FML

Get a RMA for the mouse.

Most likely the battery has been faulty.

I guess Razer is almost like the silicon lottery, I don't know what to think anymore.

I didn't have a razer keyboard, just their mouse.

But this type of things are usualy manufacturing errors.

You get a faulty product, you return it.

As simple as that.

However if your warrenty has abandoned you then perhaps online replacement.

You can also use the same type of rechargeable battery chemical solution. For the Ouroborous it's HR6/NiMH. Duracell makes them with this and they can be used as a replacement for the cheap battery they include.

Razer just has terrible quality control. Also, the new mechanical keyboards use Kailh switches, so if you want them lasting longer then don't get the newer keyboards.

Actually, I believe the mice they offer use Kailh switches as well. I had a mouse with Kailh and it had double clicking issues but it was a cheapo mouse.

Probably want to RMA though, goodluck.
