Avoid Thermalfake - ToughPower are good but the company isn't really know for good things.

Something in my PSU whitelist (in my sig) that fits your budget!

 

Antec HCG and XFX TS are a good place to start.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.
