So i have this,i dont know what to call it. I tried gama and brightness adjustments

Increase the bitrate.

 

Or something along the lines of that.

i have no ideea,i dont find any bitrate setings on my onscreen menu and the pixel clock im using display port if it makes any sense

maybe this helps
