Nvidia geforce experience not starting after i upgrade from windows 8 to 8.1 !?

I was using geforce experience for a while, mainly shadowplay to record some stuff! And yesterday I upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1 ... and now when i double click on geforce experience it gives me this:

''Nvidia geforce experience has encountered an error and must close''

I tryed uninstalling and installing it - didnt work! Tryed starting it as administrator - didnt work!

Please help me, I really want to use shadowplay again :D

Thank you!

uninstall it, download Ccleaner go to registry tab

UNCHECK the boxes labeled "unused file extensions", "applications", "fonts"

Press scan for issues

press fix selected issues

TELL IT TO BACKUP THE CHANGES

Let it do its thing then reinstall GFE and try launching it again

If you fuck shit up in doing the above steps its your own damn fault I had nothing to do with it ive used CCleaners registry cleaner hundreds of times without issue.

Strip your nvidia drivers and GFE again, run ccleaner with the above steps to make sure everything is cleaned out then reinstall your drivers from the nvidia site and then GFE

Try deleting it then reinstalling it. That sometimes works for me when it acts wonky on my pc.
