GTX 970 EVGA SC Overclock

Fetty

Do you guys think this is a good OC on my 970? I found it to be stable in benchamrks and games, should I try for more or stick with this?

That's a really good overclock as it is. You could push for a more MHz if you won the silicon lottery, which you just might have.

Do you even fanboy bro?

Not all cards in the same tier are the same clocks (ie: MSI/Gigabyte/etc) applying their own boost numbers. None are exactly equal.

So what are YOUR stock clocks (Taken with GPU-Z when GPU is busy @ load, in a game or bench)

Reducing the memory clock a little and putting more into the core could certainly bring even more performance. (As coreclocking usually gives more performancew PER-Mhz than Mem clocking does)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
