Don't use the mic through the amp, just get an extension cable for the mic.

srs?

You can't plug the microphone into the E10K. You can certainly use a splitter and extension to connect it to your PC onboard audio.

That headset is already split, just requires an extension.

what extension? link?

Does the headset have a 4-pole plug (e.g. combined mic and audio)?

Nevermind, just get one of the linked extensions and plug it into onboard if you haven't tried that already of course.

I think the mic just doesn't work.

You'll need to exchange it either with the dealer or Sennheiser, then.
