i currently have a intel core i5-4440 quad core processor and its starting to get bad in games and other stuff. my question is. Should i upgrade and if so what should i get?

Fallout 4 runs pretty shit on all system configs but fine on some

But 970 is bad it cannot even play the games that was included with it! >=o (Batman & Witcher 3)

 

Well I kinda expected Witcher not to be maxed and Batman is broken true but still it lacks the VRAM and well I guess I need 980Ti to play Witcher at 60fps... :P
