i need the best place to get 8 to 12 GB thumb drives in bulk for a good price. and they must also be good quality, i would say 1 is bad out of 45

Whatever you do don't try ebay. There are people on there who hack the drives to make them report back as more capacity than they really are. If you see an ebay thumb drive for cheap, that's probably why.

thats why if you work for the goverment likemy dad you dont stick flash drives sd cards or charge ur phone on the goverment computers

the reason we cant use personal flash drives on government computers isnt due to them falsely showing the capacity. its because flash drives make it super easy to steal data, or drop viruses on the computer.  its an infosec issue.
